Cobalt Low Voltage DC Motors
The Cobalt Controls Stock Range of DC
Permanent Magnet Motors extends from 20 to 600
Watts Rated Power. They are available in 24 or 12
Volt versions with a Rated Speed of 3000rpm.
These motors are normally held in stock. All motors
are Face mounted. The Large Motor Range from
70 to 600 Watts fit our range of Worm Gearboxes,
also normally in stock.
All motors are built using Totally Enclosed
Construction and larger sizes have protection to
level IP-40. Data Sheets for each motor show
Rated Power for Continuous Operation (S1 duty)
and also for Short Time operation (S2 duty).
A principal feature of these machines is their High
Starting Torque capability.
Smaller Motors from 20 to 50 Watts are available
stand alone or with planetary gear boxes. 50 and 35
Watt motors can also be supplied with Worm
Gearboxes.
